There  are good constitutions around the
whole world.It depends  on the Drivers of
the Constitution which may cause nightmares.

2.Family individual 
Family individuals may help you to come to your dreams or vice versa.You must first take a firm stand.You come first.

3.Friends
There are good and bad friends.
Some friends  want you to be successful,
some not.

4.Financial  Resources 
Finances  may restrict your dreams.Use
what is available for you.
