What makes someone to be strong or weak

Generally,we have the common generational behaviour.It is important to know how we grew that will be advantageous to 

1.Understand our Relationships at work.

2.Our inspirations.

3.Our level of commitment at work.

4.Production level

Let's  analyse the above factors in relationship of our lives at work 

1.Understand our Relationship at work 

If someone grew up  in a roughway,he/she will have rough relationship at work showing

-Aggressiveness

-Not taking or partly taking the instructions at work.

-Always opposing everything with good reasons.

2.Inspiration

Inspiration starts from childhood.

The environment confines someone  to a certain direction.Actual it is the energy which started to grow.

3.Level of commitment 

If someone was  irresponsible from the young age

would carry that luggage to adulthood.

4.Production Level

Production at the early stage means  the successes achieved at an early  stage like schooling,sports and other minor responsibilities 

we're not entirely taken.

Let's see the gradual developments of the above facts from the early  stage to adulthood:

Boys 10-15 years creates his friends or own gang and bully  other "groups"

Girls 10-15 years have a different type of bullying.

Some of them "intimidate" others with  material things like clothes,shoes.Some have hyper pride

and some are cool.

Boys 16-20 years the body structure changes.The

Voice become bigger and it is used for intimidation or showing superiority or humbleness.

Girls 16-20

They have "undercover" bullying where they want to be appreciated.Some groups want identity and demand or want attention.

Boys 21-25

They develop "stubborness" or acceptance.The views of other people are second and rarely listen or taking advices.

Girls 21-25

They develop "submission" meaning they accept the reality or denial position.

Men 26-30

They are not easily moved.

A certain experience which was accumulated is applied which is used in  a good  or bad faith.

Women 26-30

These want to control their  lives or control other people.They listen if you listen them.

Men 31-35

They like to be independent.

They like to  control everything.

Some are very humble.

Women 31-36

These are adventurous 

They are either positive or negative.
